JOB SUMMARY

The FLEX Director, UX Design - Digital Hotel Activation plays a critical role in leading the end-to-end associate content experience, designing intuitive workflows from content and asset submission through creation, management, governance, and distribution to final display across Marriott’s digital experiences. The FLEX Director, UX Design - Digital Hotel Activation leads the design of user experiences, with a keen focus on data-driven, best-in-class product design from both the travel industry and other key disruptors/innovators (e.g., mobile, web, voice, etc.) while working closely with discipline experts, product management, and technology colleagues. They lead tracks of work ranging from near-term tactical to longer-term strategy and vision while also serving as a consultant/advisor to others from concept through execution.
