Job Description:
About the Role:
The Floater role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Picking up materials from pallets and hand trucks and placing on conveyors
Manually packaging finished goods
Assisting with completing deep cleans and changeovers
Completing paperwork and quality checks
This role is primarily Downtown Monday - Thursday offering break relief and then OMC on Fridays for deep cleans
Employee will work Handpack when needed
This full-time role pays $23.33 per hour. Schedules vary based on business need and include:
- Mon-Thurs, 5a-3p
- Tues-Fri, 5a-3p
- Mon-Fri, 6a-2p
About You:
