Do you want a challenge? Facility Management & Real Estate is transforming! A new Target Operating Model which is being deployed across all three divisions in all countries, will change the way that our services and investments are delivered.
Reporting directly to the Head of FMRE Business Partner UK (HMUC) you will operationally support the Newport environment enabling the plant to be super productive, delivering multi-million pound projects per year and co-developing the future for this key industrial plant with the Commercial operations team.
This opportunity will expand your networks, by giving you direct daily access to the Newport leadership team and functional heads of the plant, by managing tactical & operational activities.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting, supported by transparent performance metrics to continually improve the service we provide is fundamental to the role.
You will also further develop the on-site ‘Future Workplace/Activity based Working’, and be responsible for driving a five year program to rejuvenate working space across the plant.
Full empowerment to manage L3 escalations across the site (L4 escalations managed by the HO FMRE BP UK)
Leverage over on-site FMRE operations and operational leader of the FMRE Newport organisation and representation of FMRE at the Plant Start of Shift (SoS)
Participating to the FMRE UK Leadership team
Supporting the HO FMRE BP UK with the evolution of the Newport site master planning
ABOUT YOU
Detailed knowledge of FM services practices.
Operational management.
Performance managing, absence, and reporting.
Understand business growth and development which may impact requirements.
Must understand the regulatory and compliance requirements of the wide range of equipment and facilities available.
