What you'll do
- Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure guest satisfaction by following Standard Operating Procedures with a friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Work collaboratively with teammates and managers to support smooth daily clubhouse operations
- Promote the golf course brand, image, and current promotions to all guests
- Serve food and beverages throughout the golf course and clubhouse, including on-course service and banquet events such as weddings, corporate functions, and tournaments
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, process payments, and assist with minor food preparation
- Support daily opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking duties as assigned
- Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and GolfNorth Health & Safety Program

Summary:
A server is an integral part of a dynamic hospitality team. Our customer’s first and last impression of the facility will depend on how they are treated by our staff. We strive to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction while maintaining a fun environment.
