Anglers Tavern is gearing up for a busy summer and we're looking for experienced Bartenders and Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team!
 

We're also looking for junior F&B Runners who are keen to get their foot in the door and build their hospitality experience.

About the Role

As part of the Front of House team at Anglers Tavern, you'll help create great guest experiences across our bar and venue.
 

Our experienced team members will play an important role in delivering fast, friendly bar and floor service, while our junior runners will support the team by helping deliver food, clear tables, and keep service running smoothly.
 

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming guests and creating a friendly, positive atmosphere
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Preparing and serving drinks behind the bar
• Providing efficient and professional table and floor service
• Supporting busy service periods across the venue
• Keeping bar, floor, and service areas clean and organised
• Working closely with the wider FOH and kitchen teams
• Assisting with venue set-up, pack-down, and events when required
• Supporting food running and clearing duties as required
   

What We're Looking For

For experienced Bartenders / F&B Attendants:

• Previous hospitality and bar experience is highly regarded
• Confident working behind a busy bar
• Strong knowledge of beverage service
• Current Victorian RSA is essential
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
   

For Junior F&B Runners:

• No previous hospitality experience required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and team-focused
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and being on your feet
• Great communication skills
   

For all roles:

• Availability across evenings, weekends and key public holiday dates is essential
• Valid Australian working rights
