NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort will become your new home-away-from-home - surrounded by the spectacular Murramarang national park and stunning absolute beachfront.  Located just north of Batemans Bay on the South Coast of NSW. The Resort offers a large range of camp/caravan sites and accommodation options, from Beachfront Villa’s, to Glamping Tents.  We offer a multitude of facilities for the young and young at heart; resort style pools, licenced on-site dining options and conference/events/wedding facilities.

Job Description

• Ensure our guests have a great experience and make holiday memories

What you’ll do:

You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets, providing exceptional service with a warm welcome. You’ll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will:

• Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
• Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
• Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required.

We’re interested in multi-skilled individuals with waiting, barista and bartending experience! You'll be available to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, public and school holidays. Having your RSA is a must for this role!

What you’ll bring:  

• Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce 
• Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience
• Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window)
• A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
• Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine.
• A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion
• Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
