To be successful, you'll need availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and major events, across a 24/7 roster operating between 4:00am and 2:00am.                                                                                  

The Role

We are currently seeking vibrant, enthusiastic, and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to join our fantastic Events and Conferencing team.

In this role no two days will be the same – you will be exposed to an immense and exciting array of gala dinners, weddings, functions as well as major televised events.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and connection. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Available at least 3 shifts per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and major events. Shifts can be anywhere between 4:00am and 2:00am.

• Hospitality, restaurant, banquet, or catering experience preferred but not essential.

• Three-plate carrying skills preferred; training provided.

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.

• Current Victorian RSA Certificate (required).

• Available to work across the Christmas and/or New Year period.

• Well-groomed with a professional presentation.

• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
