Food Service Worker II
Location: Durham, NC
Position Summary
Grace Federal Solutions, LLC is seeking dependable, customer-focused Food Service Workers II to support daily food service operations in a fast-paced dining environment. This position plays an important role in delivering quality food service by assisting with meal preparation, serving customers, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help provide an exceptional dining experience while supporting the daily operations of the food service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food to customers on assigned serving lines.

Dress Code
To maintain a professional appearance and comply with food safety standards, all employees are required to follow the dress code below:
- Dark or black pants (no tears or holes)
- Black or white collared shirt (no logos or graphics)
- Black, slip-resistant shoes
- No jewelry except a wedding band
- No facial jewelry, including nose, eyebrow, or lip piercings (employees not meeting this requirement may be sent home)
- Aprons and hairnets will be provided when required
- Nail extensions are not permitted while on duty
