Production Line Manager

We are looking for a Foreman to join our production team and support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The work model for the role is: onsite #LIonsite

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while leading and supporting the shift team in achieving operational goals.

You will work closely with production, engineering, quality, and planning teams to drive performance, solve operational challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be mainly accountable for: 

• Monitor and drive production performance against key metrics (e.g. productivity, quality, and delivery), taking timely corrective actions to improve efficiency

• Plan and coordinate daily shift operations, including resource allocation and staffing to meet production requirements

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards and promote a safe working culture

• Lead, coach, and develop team members, supporting skill development and cross-functional flexibility

• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and optimize performance

• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and planning teams to proactively resolve issues and improve operational outcomes

Qualifications for the role

• Technical education is preferred

• Prior experience in a production environment and/or team leadership role

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams

• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency in standard computer applications and systems

• Good command of English and Russian (both written and spoken), Estonian language skills are considered an advantage
