Job Summary:
Plans and assigns daily and weekly work activities for renewable energy crews.

Key Responsibilities:
Manages manpower, equipment, and materials to support project progress.
Verifies system installations meet specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
Conducts site safety meetings and enforces DPR’s safe work culture.
Trains, mentors, and evaluates Crew Leads and Technicians.
Collaborates with project superintendents and engineers to resolve field challenges.
Accurately completes and submits time cards for assigned crews, ensuring timely and precise recording of labor hours in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred. OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Certifications and Licenses:
Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Technician Certification or Computing Technology Industry Association Network+ Certification preferred.
