About You

• Located in or near Horsley Park.

• Prior experience within the Distribution & logistics Industry is highly desirable

• Ability to work from the Horsley Park site full time – (Mon-Fri 6am-3pm)

• Valid forklift licence

• Be physically fit and comfortable with daily manual handling

• Successful completion of pre-employment medical

About the Role
As a Customer Service Operator – Forklift Driver you will report to the Trade Store Manager, where you will be responsible for distribution activities through the daily operations of the Horsley Park trade store.

Some tasks as part of this role include:

• Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone

• Picking & Packing orders on a daily basis

• Regularly check & make up orders

• Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence

• Loading/unloading customer vehicles

• Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management

• Record and report any customer complaints to the Trade Stores Manager regarding product and / or service via Knauf's complaint and customer procedures

• Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained

• General warehouse duties & housekeeping
