We Are Looking for a Forward Deployed Automation Engineer to join us

As a Forward Deployed Automation Engineer at Teamleader, you will:

• Co-build in our AI Labs: turn team-identified use cases into working automations (Claude skills & MCP, APIs, scripts, webhooks, internal apps).

• Own the last mile that blocks teams today: auth & permissions, token management, MCP/connector setup, hosting and scheduling — so automations run reliably without you babysitting them.

• Solve patterns, not tickets: recurring blockers become reusable, documented building blocks on our shared AI platform (MCP gateway, agent hosting, context layer).

• Tie every automation to the team's success metric: each build ships with an owner, a usage/adoption measure, and a cost dimension.

• Leave teams self-sufficient: document, hand over, and teach the team to run and adapt what you built together. We are an internal partner, not a solution factory.

You’d be a great fit for this role if you:

• Have real hands-on experience with AI

• Are a builder-generalist: experienced working with APIs, scripting (Python/JS/Apps Script), auth flows, lightweight front-end development, databases, SQL, LLM tooling.

• Think Process-first: you start from the team's workflow, pain and target goal, not your favorite tool.

• Make decisions and move forward on your own, without waiting for sign-off on every step.Explain what you’re building to non-technical colleagues, without jargon.Can switch context-without issues: five brands, many teams. This means holding multiple products and workflows in your head at once.

• Catch how what you build connects to the wider system and the small details that could break it Speak fluent Dutch and English
