Job Title: Feet on Street – Digital & Fintech Products Job Location: PAN India Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to promote and sell digital and fintech products such as FASTag, NCMC prepaid cards, and POS machines. The role involves field marketing, customer acquisition, and onboarding of merchants. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell digital/fintech products including FASTag, NCMC prepaid cards, and POS machines • Identify and approach potential customers and merchants in assigned areas • Onboard new merchants for POS machine installation • Ensure activation and proper usage of POS machines and prepaid products • Educate customers on product benefits and usage • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution Eligibility Criteria: • Education: Graduation is mandatory • Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing preferred • Age: 20 - 32 Skills Required: • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge of digital payment systems and fintech products • Ability to work in field and meet targets • Customer-focused approach • Basic smartphone handling and reporting skills Salary & Benefits: • Salary as per Minimum Wages • Attractive incentives based on performance • Other benefits as per company policy Working Conditions: • Field-based role • Travel within assigned territory required
