What you'll do
Own the user experience across our core operations product and upcoming mobile talent agent
Create software that feels great to use
Work in fast, iterative cycles
Talk to customers, run UX audits, and turn feedback into shipped improvements
Translate our core principles into product:
Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate
Quality matters. Your work stands on its own
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in product design
You've designed production software that real people use
You have strong aesthetic instincts and can articulate what makes design good or bad
You notice UX everywhere - good and bad - in your daily life
You have a portfolio you're proud of
The tools
Figma for design
Cursor or similar AI tooling for prototyping
