Your new role

As FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s financial planning, forecasting and reporting activities, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to drive performance and strategic decision-making. The role will involve leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, maintaining long-term financial plans, developing financial models and business cases, and producing board-level reporting and management information. You will provide insightful variance analysis, identify risks and opportunities through scenario planning, develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools, improve financial processes and controls, support system enhancements, and act as a trusted business partner while mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, QBE or CIMA) commercial finance or management reporting within a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. You will possess strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business partnering skills, alongside the ability to analyse complex data and translate it into meaningful commercial insights. You will be an effective communicator with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making across the business
