Framer

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Framer to join our team! In this role, you'll work in a warehouse setting, assembling and building wall panels for new home construction. This is a unique opportunity to work with Idaho's #1 Home Builder, CBH Homes, in a controlled environment, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our building process!

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Precisely measure, cut, and assemble lumber to build wall panels.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensure all work meets our quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and safe work environment.
• Help keep the workspace clean and organized.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in framing or a related construction trade.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of various hand and power tools used in framing.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
