  • Own the performance relationship with assigned franchisees and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Coordinates franchise onboarding and start-up readiness activities in partnership with internal departments, vendors, and franchise owners to support successful launches and early-stage operating discipline
  • Serve as liaison between franchise owners and corporate departments, ensuring owners receive the resources, guidance, and support needed to operate their businesses effectively
  • Drive accountability through KPI tracking, action plans, and follow-up
  • Coach franchisees on financial performance including revenue, margins, and cost control
  • Ensure execution of standard operating procedures and system adoption ( ServiceTitan , reporting tools)
  • Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans
  • Support franchisee growth from owner-operator to scalable team-based businesses
  • Align marketing performance with required KPI benchmarks (leads, bookings, ROI)
  • Conduct field visits, ride- alongs , and operational audits
  • Support training, onboarding, and execution of the Operations Enhancement Program (OEP)
  • Monitor compliance, brand standards, and risk areas across franchise locations

The Franchising Specialist III has in-depth knowledge of best practices and practical expertise in Franchising . May lead small-scaled projects with resource needs and manageable risks. Solves complex challenges by exercising judgement based on analysis of multiple sources. Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues on the team.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Own the performance relationship with assigned franchisees and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews 

  • Coordinates franchise onboarding and start-up readiness activities in partnership with internal departments, vendors, and franchise owners to support successful launches and early-stage operating discipline 

  • Serve as liaison between franchise owners and corporate departments, ensuring owners receive the resources, guidance, and support needed to operate their businesses effectively

Qualifications 

  • Strong financial acumen (P&L, margins, KPI tracking) 

  • Experience coaching business owners or operators 

  • Ability to drive accountability and performance improvements 

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional resources during business start-up, onboarding, or new-market launch activities preferred 

  • Experience in home services and/or ServiceTitan preferred

  • Reports to: VP, Franchise Operations
