Internship Mergers & Acquisitions / Cooperations / Finance (m/w/d)

Our team in Friedrichshafen is looking for candidates for a voluntary internship starting 01/2027, with a minimum duration of three months.

Your responsibilities as an Intern, Mergers & Acquisitions / Cooperations, ZF Group (m/f/d):

• Support and development of strategic M&A and cooperation concepts
• Preparation of business analysis (e.g. benchmarking, company profiles, market overviews etc.)
• Participation in ongoing national and international M&A / cooperation projects (project management, presentations, due diligence evaluations etc.)
• Support business development projects

Your profile as an Intern, Mergers & Acquisitions / Cooperations, ZF Group (m/f/d):

• Advanced studies in economics or equivalent with good grades
• First work experience through e.g. internships are desirable
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good German and English language skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
