Job Description

As a Front Desk Associate, you provide initial and lasting impressions for our clients. The ideal candidate is outgoing and enthusiastic and has hospitality and customer service experience. Healthcare experience is not required but is an asset. We’re a fast-moving and innovative team, so adaptability is important, as is a passion for improving the health and wellness of others.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Provide exceptional client experience and hospitality via phone and in-person interactions
• Strong phone performance. Answer rates, new patient booking rates, scripts, etc
• Welcome, orient and interact with clients
• Problem solve client inquiries using knowledge of Kinetic Labs products and services
• Manage appointment scheduling, invoicing, and health insurance submission using cloud-based software (Jane app)
• Ensure completion of digital checklists
• Maintain a clean and organized interior and exterior clinic environment
• Report any issues with the physical space of the clinic
• Handle laundry items and restocking linens in treatment rooms
• Products are stocked, organized, and follows brand guidelines
• Help with social media content recording
• Suggest improvements and escalate any operational issues to the Clinic Operations Lead
• Each month, meet with Clinic Operations Lead and the team to discuss operational challenges and solutions

Schedule:

• Two weekdays from 3:30/4 - 8pm
• Alternating Saturday coverage by appointment (up to 7 hour shift)
