What you'll do

  • Coordinate elevated guest experiences including private sailing charters, carriage tours, cooking classes, walking tours, private transportation, and other curated activities.

Position Overview

The Pinch is seeking a warm, polished, and service-driven Front Desk Concierge to join our team. This role serves as both the welcoming face of the hotel and a trusted resource for our guests throughout their stay.

The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for traditional front desk operations while also delivering highly personalized concierge service. From coordinating pre-arrival details and welcoming guests to securing dining reservations, arranging transportation, and creating customized Charleston itineraries, this individual plays an integral role in shaping the overall guest experience.

  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency, escalating matters to leadership when appropriate.

  • Partner closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and hotel leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Set up, replenish, maintain, and break down the hotel’s complimentary breakfast and coffee bar while ensuring exceptional presentation and cleanliness.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel offerings, neighborhood destinations, Charleston attractions, and local events.

  • Support additional front office and guest experience responsibilities as needed.
