Front End Loader Operator

Our Client, located in North Richmond, has an immediate need for a Night Shift 11PM to 7AM Licensed Loader Operator. This person must also have a valid BC Driver's License and a License to drive a Front End Loader - Road Ready. This is outside work, in a Plastics Recyclables Facility working in a covered and uncovered open air environment. This is a shift from 11PM to 7AM Monday to Friday and starts immediately. This is on a Temp to Perm Basis and requires a person with at least 3 to 5 years' experience. The ideal candidate will be licensed and have experience operating front end, road ready loaders and other heavy machinery, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment functions maintenance. This role involves working on a consistent job site that recycles plastics that requires precise operation of heavy equipment. The successful candidate will contribute to efficient project completion while maintaining a safe work environment. Duties Operate front end loaders to move materials. Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and other yard materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are met during all operations. Maintain a clean work area around the equipment to promote safety and efficiency on-site. Follow all safety guidelines related to heavy equipment operation and construction site protocols. Requirements Experience Proven experience operating front end loaders. Experience with other equipment including a back hoe and forklift is an asset. A Valid Front End Loader Operator and a Valid BC Driver's License is required with at least 3 to 5 years of experience.
