Job Description

Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day sourcing operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution of procurement activities in alignment with business needs. Supervise and support a team of sourcing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all procurement activities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements and deliver optimal supplier solutions. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service levels. Contribute to cost optimization initiatives by identifying opportunities for savings and process improvements. Prepare and present operational reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and risks.
