About this role

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You are the point of contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You assist guests with check‑in and tell them about the highlights they absolutely shouldn’t miss. Meanwhile, you receive a phone call from a guest who wants to reserve a room for next week. No problem — you take care of that too. You notice the next guests are ready to check out, so you help them right away. You’re genuinely curious about how they experienced their stay with us. You take their luggage so they can enjoy the city a bit longer before they leave. They tell you they’ll be back soon. That’s why you do it!
LEONARDO HOTEL LELYSTAD CITY CENTER
Our hotel is centrally located in Lelystad, just a five-minute walk from the train station. From here, you can easily explore the youngest province of the Netherlands. Relax in our rooms and enjoy the restaurants located within the same building. Within fifteen minutes, you can reach the Oostvaardersplassen, an impressive 5,600-hectare nature reserve. You can also visit the Bataviawerf or the Aviodrome, offering plenty of options for a great day out.
Leonardo Hotel Lelystad City Center offers 86 rooms, 3 meeting rooms and a spacious F&B area.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are an energetic personality who inspires everyone you work with.
You enjoy working in a team, but working independently is no problem for you either.
You speak fluent Dutch and English.
You truly put the guest first; you have a service‑oriented attitude and a genuine hospitality mindset.
You are available part‑time, for morning and evening shifts.
You have a strong sense of responsibility.
You are enthusiastic and have strong communication skills.
You are accurate and able to handle stress well.
You have experience in hospitality.
To be considered for this role, applicants must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Salary range mentioned is monthly gross and for employees aged 20 and over.
Travel allowance for commuting distances of 10 kilometers or more.
