At The July, we are on the hunt for an authentic Front Office Night Host, or as we call it: Night Guest Service Pro for our premium aparthotel in the heart of London. The location is a sustainable city oasis with 114 studios and two residential apartments. The property is also the home for our restaurant The Idler, a restaurant, bar, and deli, serving both neighbors and guests, ensuring our spaces stay lively and vibrant all day and night.

The Job

Your shift kicks off at 23:00 with a team handover, setting you up to manage reception operations, making sure every guest has what they need for a comfortable stay. You’ll be the first point of contact for late check-ins, answering questions, and handling any overnight requests. But you're not just a point of contact – you’ll also monitor the hotel's atmosphere and ensure the safety of both guests and staff. As the night winds down, you’ll prep everything for the morning team, take care of wake-up calls, and wrap things up by 7:00.
