Overview

Oversees the daily operations of the front office which includes scheduling of appointments, efficient flow of patients through the office and providing feedback related to manager. Advises patients and/or patient family members regarding insurance, billing, surgical and other issues or refers them to the appropriate team member who can help. Train or coordinate training of new front office employees.
