  • Amend Delivery Schedule in accordance with any Driver Absenteeism to ensure Critical Deliveries are maintained.
  • Adjust Report to ensure fuel supply is not compromised to any location. Communicate any changes to the Driver Group to ensure deliveries are achieved.
  • Update Key Account Managers with any variance to planned deliveries that will affect the outcome on forecasted volumes.

Fuel Scheduler – Karratha, WA - 8/6 Roster  - Residential or FIFO

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Fuel Scheduler to join our Fuels & Gases site in Karratha WA. This is part of our Resources & Industrials division of the Toll group. The purpose of the Fuel Scheduler is to effectively manage and organise the transport of customer’s products to depots, terminals and retail outlets in accordance with the Toll Values.

The position exists to ensure that the product is dispatched in a timely and cost-effective manner in accordance with road safety legislation and customer contractual requirements. This position undertakes an important role through daily operational liaison with our Driver Group to ensure we meet our Customers Deliveries and Expectations.

As the Fuels Scheduler, you will:
