  • Support recruitment assignments in other Asia Pacific Locations as needed as part of Amazon's regional university recruitment team.

This role will support our Amazon University Talent Acquisition team on a full time basis as a full life cycle recruiter supporting recruitment of early career talent across Amazon in Australia and New Zealand.

The AUTA Recruiter is the ambassador for Amazon at university campuses. You will maintain our presence at these institutions and will be in constant contact with internal teams to determine recruiting programs based on Amazon's hiring needs.

You will be responsible for all levels of campus/university recruitment, serving as a partner to the business, staying current on market trends and providing advice on talent acquisition related issues.

The Full Lifecycle Recruiter will interact with university representatives and students to schedule events, interviews, and other outreach activities. You will partner with university teams and other key stakeholders, (i.e., staffing, business leaders, school ambassadors, alumni teams and other internal groups) to ensure successful implementation of programs to maximize hiring outcomes
