About this role
Full Stack Content Producer
Location: Bengaluru (RR Nagar HQ) · Regular shoot travel to Bidadi plant and other relevant locations
Team: Marketing
Type: Full-time, on-site Experience: 4–6 years
Note : This is a hands-on role. You will be storyboarding, shooting, editing and mixing yourself — not briefing an agency and waiting.
What you'll own
1. Content strategy & storyboarding
- Build and run the monthly content calendar for Instagram (Reels, carousels, stories) and YouTube (long-form + Shorts)
- Turn product launches, festive moments, factory stories and farm stories into scripts, hooks and shot-by-shot storyboards
- Maintain a live bank of formats, trending audio, hooks and reference reels — and know which ones are worth chasing
- Obsess over the first three seconds and the retention curve after it
2. Production
- Pre-production: casting, recce, props, food styling coordination, call sheets, shoot budgets
- Direct and shoot on location — HQ, the plant floor at Bidadi, farms, and retail shelves
- Be a one-person crew for scrappy daily content, and manage a full crew, DOP and freelancers for hero campaigns
- Keep the shoot calendar realistic against launch and festive timelines
3. Post-production
- Edit for platform: vertical-first Reels and Shorts, plus long-form YouTube storytelling
- Sound design and mixing — music selection, VO record and clean-up, SFX, levelling, and rights clearance on every track used
- Motion graphics, packaging animations, subtitles in English/Hindi/Kannada, thumbnails, basic colour grade
4. Influencer & creator collaborations
- Identify, shortlist, negotiate with and manage creators across food, comedy, parenting and regional Kannada/Hindi pages
- Write creator briefs that protect the brand while letting the creator still sound like themselves
- Run barter, paid and long-term ambassador tracks; track deliverables, timelines, usage rights and spends
- 5. Measure and iterate
- Own the numbers: retention, watch time, saves, shares, CTR, follower and subscriber growth, creator ROI
- Weekly read of what performed and why; monthly retro that actually changes the next calendar
- Hand winning creative to performance marketing and e-commerce
Must have
- A showreel or portfolio link. This is non-negotiable — we will look at it before the CV
- Strong editing on Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; sound work on Audition or equivalent; motion on After Effects
- Camera literacy — mirrorless bodies, basic lighting, lav and shotgun audio, and the judgement to know when a phone is the better tool
- Fluency in Indian internet culture, food content and meme cycles
Good to have
- Food and FMCG shoot experience, and instincts for food styling
- Writing in Kannada and/or Hindi
- Photoshop, Figma or Canva for statics and packaging-adjacent assets
- Working knowledge of Meta creative specs, YouTube SEO, and quick-commerce asset formats (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
