Core Responsibilities

• Hands-on Development: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the entire stack using Java and React.
• Technical Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion development best practices.
• Backend Architecture: Design, build, and maintain secure, high-performance Java Spring microservices and APIs.
• Frontend Engineering: Develop highly interactive, responsive user interfaces using React and modern state management.
• System Integration: Connect backend microservices to automation layers, external APIs, and smart tool-calling capabilities.
