Full-Stack Developer (AI-First) – Junior/Mid-Level
About this role
We are looking for a Junior/Mid Full-Stack Developer (AI-First) who is passionate about using AI to build practical business solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying AI-powered assistants, automations and internal tools that improve efficiency across the business.
Working closely with business stakeholders, you will rapidly transform ideas into prototypes and production-ready solutions using modern AI technologies, automation platforms and API integrations. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, embraces AI-assisted development, and focuses on delivering business value through simple, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain AI assistants, AI agents and workflow automations to support internal business operations.
Develop and manage automation workflows using n8n or similar automation platforms.
Build solutions using OpenClaw or similar AI agent frameworks.
Integrate internal systems and third-party applications through REST APIs, webhooks and OAuth.
Develop lightweight full-stack applications using modern frontend technologies together with TypeScript and/or Python.
Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), including OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and similar platforms.
Design prompts, implement structured outputs, manage context and develop effective tool-calling workflows.
Build, test and deploy applications using Docker and modern deployment practices.
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and rapidly deliver prototypes and production-ready solutions.
Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, well-logged and include appropriate permission controls and error handling.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and business performance.
Talent Profile:
Practical experience with n8n and AI-powered workflows
Experience with OpenClaw or similar AI agent frameworks
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM APIs
Understanding of tool calling, structured outputs, prompts, and context management
TypeScript or Python
REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party integrations
Basic frontend and database development
Docker and basic application deployment
Understanding of AI-agent security, permissions, logging, and error handling
Experience with RAG, vector databases, PostgreSQL, or building custom n8n nodes would be considered an advantage
