About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern web application architecture.
The ideal candidate has experience building scalable, production-grade applications with intuitive user experiences, robust backend services, and clean, maintainable code. You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end—from designing responsive user interfaces to developing microservices and optimizing system performance.
Experience building dashboards, implementing role-based access control (RBAC), and designing distributed systems is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Build scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and visually polished user interfaces.
- Translate product requirements and wireframes into high-quality user experiences.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven services.
- Build and maintain microservices with clear separation of concerns.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-impact features.
- Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Monitor and optimize application performance across frontend and backend systems.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and state management patterns.
- Experience building responsive, user-centric interfaces with modern design systems.
- Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and separation of concerns.
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building analytics platforms or operational dashboards.
- Experience implementing role-based access control (RBAC) systems.
- Experience working with time-series data and related databases.
- Knowledge of caching strategies and technologies such as Redis.
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architecture patterns.
- Understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with message queues or event streaming platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing reusable component libraries or design systems.
- Experience optimizing frontend performance and backend throughput.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices.
