Full Stack Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain micro-services and RESTful APIs, following best practices for security and performance.
• Develop and manage cloud infrastructure leveraging AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Containerise applications using Docker and manage their orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Utilize AWS services to deploy, monitor, and scale applications effectively.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing workflows.
• Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement necessary fixes promptly.
• Collaborate in code reviews, mentoring sessions, and technical discussions to maintain high development standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new technologies to enhance development efficiency and system performance.
Key Requirements:
•2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with Angular, or Vue.js is a plus
• Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerisation and orchestration.
• Expertise in deploying and managing applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, Lambda).
• Strong understanding of micro-services architecture and experience in RESTful API development.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL with a strong grasp of SQL and database management principles.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Terraform (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Certifications in Spring Boot, containers, or AWS is a plus.
