About the Role

This is a high-impact, end-to-end engineering role. You will own critical parts of our product — from production React applications used by enterprise customers to the backend services and infrastructure powering our AI platform. You’ll work alongside ML/GenAI engineers, influence architecture decisions, and move fast in a startup environment where your work directly shapes the product.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade React applications — focusing on performance, usability, and reliability
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services in Python, ensuring they are clean, tested, and scalable
• Collaborate with ML/GenAI engineers to integrate AI-powered features into the product
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold engineering quality
• Work across the stack to debug, iterate, and ship features end-to-end
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and dev tooling improvements
• Rapidly prototype new ideas and take features from concept to production

What We’re Looking For

• B. Tech/M. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
• A strong command of fundamental Data Structures, Algorithms (DSA), and software design patterns to build efficient and scalable solutions. Solid experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs
• 2–5 years of professional full stack engineering experience
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and deep knowledge of frontend frameworks
• Solid hands-on experience with React in a real product environment
• Backend development experience in Python, building APIs and services
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD workflows
• Awareness of application security fundamentals and authentication patterns
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in distributed, cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Git, CI/CD, and Linux environments

• Exposure to or interest in AI/ML application development
• A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing your work on both frontend and backend project
