I. Job Summary
Under management direction, a Hospital Services Worker travels between customer healthcare facilities providing on-site proactive collection and exchange of waste containers for various WM Healthcare Solutions (WMHS) programs, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substances, and Document Management. This service is provided at regularly scheduled intervals for assigned facilities.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various WMHS programs and services, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substance and Document Management.

Position requires extensive lifting, walking, bending, and pushing. Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds and push and/or pull carts weighing as much as 500 pounds.
☒ Field: This job operates in both inside garage, shop or gas plant conditions as well as in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity.
This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols. As part of the ongoing employment requirements, the successful candidate may be subject to drug and alcohol testing—including pre‑employment screening, post‑incident evaluations, reasonable suspicion checks, and random testing—in accordance with government regulations and company policies.

Monday - Friday
Monday: Clara Maass Medical Center (Belleville, NJ)
Tuesday: St. Michael's Medical Center (Newark, NJ)
Wednesday: St. Michael's Medical Center (Newark, NJ)
Thursday: Clara Maass Medical Center (Belleville, NJ)
Friday: Jersey City Medical Center (Jersey, NJ)

VI. Pay
The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $20.00 per hour . This range represents
a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced
by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications,
qualifications, and work location.
