Full Time Warehouse Associate

Stallion Express is a Toronto based company specialising in shipping and logistics solutions for online sellers. Our clients range from part-time eBay sellers to bigger eCommerce web stores shipping hundreds of packages per day.

We are hiring a Full Time Warehouse Associate to work from 11am to 7pm from Monday-Friday.

Our office is located at Markham (near Victoria Park and Steeles Ave). You will be guaranteed 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with opportunity for advancement in our growing company depending on your performance. $14-17 / hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Warehouse Duties (physically challenging part) :

- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments of boxes

- Applying sticker labels on products

- Bubble wrapping products and sealing boxes to prepare for shipment

- Emailing customers to communicate the status of their packages

- Moving and organizing boxes in the warehouse (up to 60 lbs)

Customer Service Duties (mentally challenging part) :

- Answering inbound calls regarding general inquiries about our services

- Cold calling potential customers to get them to use our services

REQUIREMENTS:

- You need to be extremely reliable. If you are scheduled to show up, you must show up.

- Your organizational and multi-tasking skills must be exceptional.

- Some lifting will be involved because some of the packages we are transporting are boxes (maximum 60 lbs in weight).

- Bonus points if you have customer service and digital marketing experience.
