What you'll do
- Lead functional support and optimisation for Oracle EBS R12 modules, including Discrete/Process Manufacturing, Work in Progress (WIP), MRP/ASCP, and Oracle Maintenance.
- Analyse shop-floor workflows and implement system enhancements to improve scheduling, inventory accuracy, and production efficiency.
- Deliver Tier 2/3 functional support for complex issues related to production orders, resource allocations, and maintenance scheduling.
- Drive functional design, setup, and testing for module roll outs, patch deployments, and process re-engineering initiatives.
- Partner with Production Managers, Maintenance Engineers, and Supply Chain planners to translate operational requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Maintain precise setup of Bills of Materials (BOM), Routings, Work Centers, and Asset registries within Oracle.

An exciting opportunity exists for a detail-oriented Functional Analyst (Maintenance & Manufacturing) to join an industry-leading organisation operating at the forefront of advanced engineering and technology. Offered as a 12-month contract with hybrid flexibility, this role places you at the heart of cutting-edge production operations.
In this role, you will act as the functional SME for Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing modules, optimising workflows, driving system enhancements, and directly supporting production efficiency for high-profile manufacturing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Module SME: Lead functional support and optimisation for Oracle EBS R12 modules, including Discrete/Process Manufacturing, Work in Progress (WIP), MRP/ASCP, and Oracle Maintenance.
Process Optimisation: Analyse shop-floor workflows and implement system enhancements to improve scheduling, inventory accuracy, and production efficiency.
Problem Resolution: Deliver Tier 2/3 functional support for complex issues related to production orders, resource allocations, and maintenance scheduling.
