What you'll do
- Providing functional and technical expertise to the Lead to Order (L2O) team for turning User Stories into working technology solutions to achieve the required business outcome
- Act as a sparring partner and trusted advisor from IT to business Product Owners
- Communicate, translate and simplify business requirements (in e.g. User Stories) to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
- Responsible for the overall functionality, quality, performance and security of the Products in scope
- Design tests and test plans for prototypes and Products
- Develop and provide required user training
- Analyse problems and make sure that incidents are solved within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user
