What you'll do

  • Build and enhance scalable fund reporting processes and controls that support growth, improve accuracy, and reduce operational risk
  • Prepare and review interim and year-end financial statements for investment funds, with a focus on accuracy and clear disclosure
  • Partner with Tax, Operations, Treasury, Valuation, Legal, Compliance, and Investor Relations to deliver timely, integrated fund reporting
  • Liaise with external fund administrators and auditors to manage audits, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables from planning through completion
  • Drive automation and process improvements that streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, and expand reporting capabilities as the business grows
  • Support new fund launches and restructurings by executing accounting deliverables, fee calculations, and related documentation
  • Prepare regulatory and investor-facing reports, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to reporting timelines
  • Own ad hoc projects and strategic requests from senior management, balancing independent execution with close collaboration across the Finance team
