Galvaniseur / Oberflächenbeschichter (w/m/d)

Job Description:

Aufgaben:

• Bedienen und Überwachen der Galvanikanlagen inkl. Be- und Entladen
  
• Bedienen und Überwachen der dazugehörigen Abwasseranlage sowie der Zu-/Abluft-Anlagen
  
• Chromatieren von Bauteilen und Nieten
  
• Abdecken von Bauteilen
  
• Beheben von kleinen Störungen und Durchführung von kleinen Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  
• Durchführung von Badneuansätzen und Badpflege
  
• Entnahme von Wasserproben / Aktivbädern zur Analyse und ggf. Badkorrekturen
  
• Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen an Bauteilen und bearbeiten von prozessbegleitenden Proben
  

Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Galvaniseur / Oberflächenbeschichter
  
• Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Chemikalien wünschenswert
  
• Erfahrungen mit dem Lesen von Zeichnungsvorgaben
  
• EDV-Kenntnisse
  
• Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität
  

Besonderheit:

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit / Rufbereitschaft
