- Identify recurring problems and help develop long-term solutions
- Document repairs, maintenance, and parts needs
- Maintain parts, tools, supplies, and organized technical workspaces
- Keep games clean, safe, and guest-ready
- Assist with game moves, installations, and new equipment setup
- Respond quickly and professionally to equipment issues during operating hours
- Support other Maintenance Team projects as needed

We’re looking for an experienced Game Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working with their hands. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who takes pride in quality work and understands the importance of keeping games operating and guest-ready.
