What you'll do
- Liaise with supervisor to ensure freight movements and depot receivals, quantities, type & ETAs are recorded correctly.
- Accurately record all data in accordance with Main Roads Requirements & Chain of Responsibility.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately including, dockets, receipts, con notes, labelling & release dockets.
- Liaise with drivers and yard staff.
- Compile & distribute specific reports and run sheets as requested by management
- Use clear and accurate radio communication
- Updating of data in various systems.
- Participate in gatehouse operations for Trucks that come in 24/7

About the role:
An exciting opportunity has become available to be a part of the Aurizon Kwinana Bulk Container team as a Gatehouse Operator, where you will utilise your communication and coordination skills to assist in the distribution of all incoming and outgoing containerised freight.
This roster is 7 days on 7 days off and will see you working both days and nights!
- Liaise with supervisor to ensure freight movements and depot receivals, quantities, type & ETAs are recorded correctly.
- Accurately record all data in accordance with Main Roads Requirements & Chain of Responsibility.
