Q3 Contracting (Q3C), a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is a publicly owned and operated construction contracting company that provides both specific and turnkey services for its customers in the gas, oil, electric and telecommunications industry. We are headquartered in Minnesota, with branch offices in Colorado, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven General Foreman to oversee underground gas distribution construction operations. This role is responsible for managing multiple crews, coordinating field activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive underground utility experience, and a deep understanding of gas distribution systems.

Compensation and Benefits: 

  • $42.71 - $43.71/hour. Pay dependent on experience and union pay scale.
