General Labor PR02 (All Shifts) Tyler Road, Russellville - AR

Job Details:

Pay: $16.95/hour

+$2.00 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Schedules:

1st Shift: 6am - 2pm & 6:30am - 2:30pm

2nd shift: 2pm-10pm 

3rd shift: 10pm-6pm & 10:30pm - 6:30am

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Job duties could include:

• Accurately applying labels to shipping boxes

• Repeatedly stacking frozen product overhead (up to 40 lbs.)

• Packing multiple bags of product into boxes

• Inspecting product and removing items from a moving conveyor belt

• Assist with product handling, sorting, and /or stacking

• Remove waste, scrap, and recyclable materials according to plant procedures 

• Keeping any chicken and any other trash off of the floor using a squeegee and a shovel to keep the floor clean

• Weight product according to product specifications

• Maintaining quality control and following safety standards in a fast‑paced production environment

• Working Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed

• Performing all other duties as assigned by the supervisor
