Job Posting: Temporary Staging & Banquet Set-Up / Take-Down Crew Location: Downtown Toronto Start Date: December 4, 2025 Pay Rate: $20–$25 CAD per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Temporary / Event-Based About the Role We are seeking reliable, professional Staging and Banquet Set-Up / Take-Down Crew Members for upcoming events in downtown Toronto. This role involves preparing event spaces, setting up staging and banquet rooms, and ensuring all layouts meet client and venue standards. Responsibilities Set up and dismantle staging, risers, tables, chairs, décor, and event equipment Follow floor plans and supervisor instructions accurately Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces Assist with loading/unloading equipment as needed Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Uphold professional grooming and presentation standards Requirements Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in staging, banquet set-up, event production, or similar work Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and furniture Steel-toe work boots required Must wear all-black professional attire Excellent grooming and professional appearance Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation $20–$25 CAD per hour, based on experience and skill level How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly through our website:
