Management and representing an exclusive high-end brand for Gym machines.
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Control budgets and optimize expenses
Oversee day-to-day operations
Set policies and processes
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees if needed
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Qualifications
- Language(s): English (French is a plus)
- Experience in Africa is required
- Field of experience required: Sales, marketing and Sports
- Skill required: Computer, ERP system, professional communication, presentable and fit
- Based in GHANA mainly (SIERRALION, GUINÉE CONAKRY, LIBERIA, TOGO and BENIN are part of his sales territory)
