- Place bread not removed onto conveyors evenly.
- Weigh Bread and completed check sheet.
- Check bread temperature and complete check sheet.
- Remove substandard quality product.
- Perform any reasonable work -related duty as requested by the Supervisor.
- Always keep work area in a good hygienic standard.
- Follow the function specific SOP as defined for your workstation
- Completion of relevant operational documents
- Adhere to the Food safety policy.
