As a Generative AI - Associate 2, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on designing and building data infrastructure and systems to enable efficient data processing and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions.

As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing data pipelines to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis
- Designing data infrastructure and systems to support robust data solutions for clients
- Transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive informed decision-making and business growth
- Utilizing Azure Data Factory and Apache Airflow for scalable data integration and transformation solutions
- Applying data architecture development and dimensional modeling to enhance data strategy and quality
- Managing database optimization and security best practices to maintain data integrity
- Collaborating with team members to address diverse client challenges and scope
- Adapting to fast-paced environments and taking ownership of tasks to deliver quality work
- Building a personal brand through consistent contributions and learning opportunities
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to foster personal growth and development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Experience developing and deploying machine learning applications

- Understanding data privacy and compliance regulations

- Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and quantization of LLMs & RAG

- Proven experience in chatbot design and development

- Practical knowledge of ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn

- Skilled in object-oriented programming with languages such as Java, C++, or C#

- Relevant certifications in GenAI tools and technologies preferred

- Experience in implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) preferred
