Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of user-generated content to ensure adherence to community standards.
• Identify and appropriately escalate instances of inappropriate content or violations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions and contribute to team reporting efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance and refine moderation processes.
• Stay informed of industry trends and updates regarding content moderation practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and community engagement.
• Willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment that entails evolving guidelines.
• Must be prepared to relocate to Malta and engage positively within a collaborative team framework.
