At RECCO, we develop technology that helps professional rescuers locate missing people in the outdoors. RECCO Advanced Rescue Technology makes people searchable to professional rescuers worldwide and is used today by rescue organizations, ski resorts and other professional rescue operators.

Originally developed for avalanche rescue, the technology has evolved into a year-round search system used across avalanche terrain, mountainous areas, forests and other outdoor environments. With both handheld and helicopter-based detector systems, RECCO continues to expand its international network of rescue partners.

We are now strengthening the Rescue Solutions Team at our headquarters on Lidingö, Stockholm, with a German-speaking Rescue Partner Coordinator. This is an international and varied role where you will combine coordination, partner communication, logistics and digital ways of working with a genuine interest in outdoor activities and the environments where RECCO technology is used.

You will become part of a team working closely with professional rescue organizations and partners around the world – while contributing to a clear purpose: making people searchable when it matters most.

About the role

As a Rescue Partner Coordinator, you will support and develop relationships with RECCO's rescue partners, with a particular focus on German- and English-speaking markets. You will be in regular contact with rescue organizations, instructors and other partners via email, phone and digital meetings.

The role combines administration and coordination with logistics and the development of digital ways of working. You will contribute to creating more efficient processes and reducing manual administration, allowing the team to focus even more on proactive and value-adding partner support.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Maintain regular contact with and provide support to RECCO's international rescue partners

• Coordinate training sessions, partner meetings and related materials

• Manage partner information, newsletters, cooperation agreements and documentation

• Coordinate orders and logistics related to RECCO detectors

• Ensure that information in digital systems is accurate and up to date

• Contribute to developing digital ways of working and more efficient administrative processes

• Coordinate travel arrangements and support the team with practical and administrative tasks

• Occasionally participate in training sessions, partner meetings and field visits

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-minded and curious, and who enjoys working in an international role with many different points of contact. You take ownership of your responsibilities and see tasks through from start to finish, while comfortably moving between coordination, administration and problem-solving.

To truly enjoy this role, we also believe you have a genuine interest in outdoor activities and environments. Experience with activities such as skiing, hiking, climbing, trail running, mountain biking or paddling will give you a natural understanding of the environments in which RECCO technology and its rescue partners operate.

Our requirements:

• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience within areas such as coordination, administration, customer support, logistics, the outdoor industry, tourism or events

• A genuine interest in outdoor activities and environments

• Strong digital skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools

• You are structured, service-minded and detail-oriented

It is considered an advantage if you have:

• Swedish or additional language skills, for example French, Italian or Spanish

• Experience from mountain rescue, ski patrol, guiding, outdoor education or similar activities

• Experience with logistics, order administration, CRM/ERP systems or document management

• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, VISMA or FileMaker Pro

• An interest in digitalization and process improvement
