  • Perform SOP-driven gLIMS master data tasks (creation, verification, approval, transfer) end-to-end to support global standards and business continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global LIMS Office (GLO), local site representatives, and gLIMS/SAP IT teams for smooth execution of system configuration and testing.
  • Review master data requests from global sites for consistency with quality standards prior to approval.
  • Execute predefined validation test scripts, regression testing, and upload results for system changes and upgrades.
  • Prepare raw data extracts for QC KPI reporting and compile transactional data for periodic system reviews.
  • Upload approved validation and compliance documents and support emergency system changes following change management SOPs.
  • Support local site users through knowledge sharing, guidance on LIMS processes, and prompt escalation of complex system issues.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QC operations, LIMS support, or digital laboratory systems within a regulated environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Chemistry, or a scientific discipline; equivalent practical experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) or QC software administration is welcome.
  • Strong hands-on experience with gLIMS platforms (LabVantage LIMS preferred) and CSV test script creation and execution.
  • Solid understanding of GMP standards, data integrity principles, and master data management in QC environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); practical exposure to SAP, TrackWise, or KNEAT is a plus.
  • Business-fluent English language skills with strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Service-minded, detail-oriented problem solver with an agile approach to adapting to new processes and system updates.

gLIMS Support & Data Expert

The actual location of this job is in Hyderabad, India. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.

In this role, you will play a key part in safeguarding data integrity, optimizing gLIMS master data, and collaborating across global teams to support life-saving therapies.

This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (three days per week in office).
